1. LGPD definitions
For the purposes of this policy, the definitions provided in Law No. 13,709/2018 (LGPD) apply, especially the concepts of personal data, sensitive personal data, data subject, controller, operator, processing and consent.
2. LacFlow's role
LacFlow acts as controller of personal data collected through its institutional channels and as operator when it processes data on behalf of clients who hire its services, according to a specific contract.
3. How we collect data
We collect data directly (forms, emails, phone calls, contracts) and indirectly (cookies, access records and system usage logs).
4. What data we collect
We may collect: name, corporate email, phone number, company, role, professional contact details, information about the requested project and technical data such as IP address, device and browser.
5. Processing purposes
We process personal data to: (i) respond to contact and proposal requests; (ii) execute and manage contracts; (iii) comply with legal and regulatory obligations; (iv) prevent fraud and ensure operational security; and (v) improve products and services.
6. Sharing
Data may be shared with infrastructure providers, operational tools, public authorities and strictly necessary partners, always observing the applicable legal bases.
7. Storage
Personal data is stored for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, observing applicable legal and regulatory retention periods.
8. Deletion
Once the processing purposes end, or upon the data subject's request, and subject to legal retention requirements, personal data will be securely deleted.
9. Security
We adopt appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect personal data, including access control, encryption, environment segregation and continuous monitoring.
10. Data subject rights
The data subject may exercise at any time the rights provided in article 18 of the LGPD, including confirmation, access, correction, anonymization, portability, deletion and revocation of consent.
11. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated to reflect legal, technical or operational changes. The current version will always be made available on this page.
